FANTASIA IN THE PARK

On Saturday 7th March 2015, Handsworth Park saw a Lantern Parade, Projections, UV installation and singing by the Perry Bar District Community Choir (including Handsworth Community Choir) and friends.

This was a free community event marking the changing of seasons as the days lengthen and spring approaches. The lighting of lanterns represented the anticipated return of warmth and sunlight over the coming months.
