CRAFTS SKILLS – FREE LANTERN MAKING WORKSHOPS
Come and learn a new skill – join in FREE lantern making sessions with professional withy artist Sophie Handy, helping to make lanterns for a Lantern Parade in Handsworth Park, which will take place on March 7th 2015.
The lanterns, made from dried willow branches (withy), glue and tissue paper, are quite easy and fun to make. The workshop is suitable for adults, although children accompanying / helping adults are welcome.
